Think Positively

You have heard the saying that "we are what we eat", right? Well, remember that we become what we think!

I've been reading the paper since we moved to Colorado, and you know what? It's bringing me down! It is full of depressing news. Even though it has plenty of local flavor, the doom and gloom reports can wreak havoc on your mental state.

So here's a thought: let's focus on what we DO have. Let's be thankful for all the blessings and goodness in our lives. Let's be grateful for health, love, friendship and family.

Want to take it step further? Write God a letter telling Him how much you appreciate WHO He is, WHAT He has done, and ALL that He has given us.
