No, it is not the political garbage going on or the ridiculous solution of a "buy out" (although they are both making my stomach turn) that has my head pounding--it's my own stupidity!
How many times have I heard, read and even said myself: if you keep doing the same thing and expect different results, you will go insane? Arg! I'm guilty of pushing and pulling at my business trying to make certain things work, but I keep getting the same outcome: zilch.
I don't know what it was about the changing of the leaves I saw this weekend (maybe the hope that it represents...we can change), but I was reminded and inspired that if I want something different, I have to BE and ACT different. So, without giving you the boring details, I have some plans to do some things differently.
Even if things don't go as I hope, at least I won't have a big, red bump on my forehead from hitting it against my desk out of shear frustration! Anyone relate or is it just me?
